My name is Cody Vanover.  I have been an educator for 28 years.  One of the things I have seen is how hard it is for my ex-students to navigate the real estate market as first time home buyers.  I have a passion for helping young adults succeed in the classroom and beyond.  I understand that everyone has different needs and wants and I am here to serve you by listening and helping you navigate through the real estate transaction process.  Whether you are buying or selling, I want to help ensure that you are happy with the entire process.

 

I married my wife, Karen in 1993 and have three sons.  I attended Ponder ISD from kindergarten through 12th grade and graduated from UNT.  I have lived in the Denton and Wise county area my entire life.   I have seen the area change significantly in that time.  I understand this area and the challenges that come with buying and selling a home.  My goal is to make this journey an enjoyable and satisfying experience.
